Which smart phones do you recommend for drivers and bus Minders/Assistants?

Any Smart with background tracking capabilities. If you have not invested in the phones for your vehicle's consider getting intouch for recommendations. If you are not sure if current smartphones you have can work effectively , please consider doing a inquiry with our team just to be sure.

Yes, the parents/guardians can access the App via any Smartphone model and device.

I have registered and got approved, what next?

Once due diligence is complete, MyShule team involved in the approval will be available physically or via Google meet/Zoom/Skype to support you set up your transport data, train and be your account manager to support you going forward.

How much do I pay?

Depending with the country you are in, the monthly price per child per month starts from USD 1 to USD 4.

I registered my school but i cant login to the App.

Once you register your school, be sure to add data in your admin panel ie Routes, Buses/Vans, Guardians,Students,Drivers and Minders. These users can only login to the Apps upon their contacts being added in the system.

Once you register your school transport business, be sure to add data in your admin panel ie Routes, Buses/Vans, Gurdians,Students,Drivers and Minders. These users can only login to the Apps upon their contancts being added in the system.

My parents can login but they get message that to contact admin

Once you add your parents in the system, be sure to pay for the children in your system for x number of months as you desire. Parents will only get status of their children buses or notifications once the admin pays for them.

I set up everything but on drivers app no trip data is showing

Once you create a trip, remember to activate it and chose the time and number of days it will repeat

I want to schedule adhoc trips, where do i go/

When creating a adhoc trips ie visit to the park or rather non daily trips, please ensure its chosen as SPECIAL TRIP and NOT SCHEDULED, also remember to activate the trip and pay for the special trip.NB: Special trip is valid for one day only!

The screening process to register for MyShule is mighty stringent that 80% applicants don’t get through. But should our vetting team be satisfied with the KYC , your account will be approved in 1-3 days and your school or school transport business will be on its way to start using our technology.
